Frequently Asked Questions

How many sessions will I need to do?

This really depends on the issues you wish to work with and what you want from your therapy experience. Length of time can range from 6 weeks to 6 months and upwards. While the amount of sessions you do is entirely up to you, a minimum of 6 sessions is recommended for any type of meaningful change and healing to be experienced. Generally we agree to 6 sessions initially with a review at that stage to explore if continuing will be beneficial to you. Then we continue to review our work and progress at regular intervals.

How much does it cost?

The cost is €60.00 for a 50 minute session. Reduced rates are sometimes available depending on your means.

Can we do sessions remotely?

Yes. I offer sessions by Zoom or by phone.

What is your availability?

Face to face appointments are available on Friday mornings and all day Saturday at 11 James’s Terrace, Malahide, Co Dublin and by Zoom Tuesdays – Thursdays.

How often should I attend?

It is recommended that you attend weekly for at least six weeks. This way you build momentum and there is a greater sense of continuity and connectivity in our work together. It is important to remember that therapy is work and requires commitment and engagement in order to benefit from the experience.
